Tessa joins 2 Bridge as our R&D Director, CMC. After her Ph.D., Tessa worked at Janssen and more recently Galapagos, where she developed expertise in oral liquid and solids development and manufacturing. Within 2 Bridge, she will serve as a CMC expert in our tiger teams and provide guidance to junior CMC team members.
Tessa is a Pharmacist by training and holds a PhD degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Antwerp, Belgium.
Tessa is a highly communicative and result-oriented pharmaceutical R&D professional. She is experienced in oral liquid and solids development and manufacturing, leading and managing international collaborations while complying with challenging timelines and strict budgets.
Her strong personality, with natural leadership and motivational skills, thrives in a cross functional and collaborative environment. Tessa easily builds relationships with senior management, key opinion leaders and all relevant stakeholders involved in clinical development programs.
