Paula joins 2 Bridge as our R&D Manager, CMC & QaaS. Within 2 Bridge, Paula provides support on CMC projects and is a quality expert with expertise in GMP and product release and development of Quality Management Systems.
Paula is an Industrial-Pharmacist and Qualified Person with a master’s degree in Drug Research, Development and Innovation from the University of Navarra, Spain. Paula has developed a strong expertise in drug discovery and development, clinical research, quality and regulatory affairs, having a deep knowledge of the drug development process, from early-stage discovery to clinical trials and regulatory approval.
Paula has worked as CMC Writer in a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) where she was involved in technology transfer projects. Her thesis focused on technology transfer within the pharmaceutical industry providing her with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, best practices for technology transfer, as well as the associated challenges and opportunities.
Paula is passionate about producing high-quality work that supports the development of safe and effective drugs. Paula is dedicated to improving patient outcomes through the development of innovative new therapies, thereby making a positive impact in the healthcare industry.
