Gaby Thonus, an experienced project management professional and CMC expert, is joining our team as R&D Director PMO. At 2 Bridge, Gaby will strengthen the PMO team in managing project oversight, and facilitating project management and reporting for cross-functional teams.
Gaby is an Industrial Pharmacist with a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Gaby has over 10 years of experience in cross-functional Project Management in pharma/biotech companies. She led project management teams in early drug development projects, managing scope, budget, timelines and resources.
She played an essential role in accelerating timelines to submission of regulatory dossiers for MAA/NDA, and rolling out regulatory project management in support of cross-functional project teams.
Gaby also has more than 10 years of experience in CMC analytical development. She was responsible for managing the overall CMC analytical strategy of small molecule drugs in development in collaboration with various external CROs, covering specification management, analytical method development and validation, and stability studies.
